Type of therapy I offer:

In person individual therapy for ages 17+ and couples therapy for ages 21+. I do not at this time offer family therapy. I do not offer tele-therapy at this time. 

Skills and modalities I use: Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, CBT and DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psychodynamics and Jungian psychology, Gestalt therapy, and Feminist therapy. I also integrate expressive therapies such as movement, music, art and writing where desired.

Payment info:

I accept the following insurances at this time: ***currently working on credentialing for all major insurances, check back soon!***. 

If your insurance is not listed, feel free to reach out to me and I can look into getting paneled with most private insurance. I am unable to take medicaid. I also partner with Thrizer, which helps with reimbursements for out of network services through your insurance company if I am not yet paneled with your insurance. My private pay rate is $150/hour for individuals and $250 for couples. *These are subject to change. For full private pay clients please reach for information about sliding scale services if needed.
