TLDR: I specialize in working with birth, death, grief, sexuality and trauma (sexual, childhood abuse, intergenerational and relational), single parenthood, couples and relationships, chronic illness and HIV.

I want to use my skills as a mirror, storykeeper and educator to be on your team in facilitating movement toward a version of your life that feels the most free and the most you.

I provide services free of stigma and judgment that are queer and trans affirming, kink aware and poly friendly. I engage in non-carceral practices for mental health crises. I utilize my skills as an artist, art educator and sex educator in combination with clinical therapy modalities.

My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that personal and collective liberation is possible when we unlearn harmful systems and narratives that no longer serve us, confront the legacies of colonialism, and honor both personal autonomy and our inherent interconnectedness. I seek to help clients restore the feeling of innate psychological, physiological and spiritual wholeness through the work of honoring and accepting all parts of themselves and making decisions in accordance with their deepest values and desires. I support clients in reconnecting with their embodied wisdom, reclaiming their pleasure, and moving toward right relationship with self, community and their environment. I strive to create a space where you can explore and heal without judgment, in alignment with your truest nature and a feeling of ease.
